Drop-Off
In order to drop off items to sell at Kids’ Swap,
you MUST register to be a consignor. Items must be tagged prior
to drop-off.
Please
see the Events Schedule for the Drop Off dates and times. You do not need an appointment. Bring your prepared
items to the American Legion building on either of the drop-off dates listed. We will be using the rear
parking lot and entrance.
Please
do the following things to speed up your item drop off:
● All items must be tagged according to the Tagging Instructions prior to drop-off.
● Review Consignor Guidelines.
●
Be prepared with an exact item count.
● Group items by sex and size. This will make it easier for you to hang
your clothing items on the correct racks.
● Place items in clothes baskets, boxes or anything else that may help you unload from your
vehicle to the building.

Please allow enough time for our volunteers to check all items. Items will be inspected for quality and
for season appropriateness.
* You will need to sign a Kids’ Swap Consignor Agreement when
you bring your items. You will also pick up your Shopping Pass and Guest Pass at this time and fill out
an envelope that will be used to mail your consignor check.
Pick-Up
Items must be picked up on the pick-up date listed on the
Events Schedule.
If you are unable to pick up your items on the date listed, you may ask a friend
or relative to pick up for you. We must be out of the building on this day. Any items
remaining after the pick-up hours will be donated to charity.
Kids’ Swap will make pick-up easy for you. Items will be presorted,
so all you have to do is the following:
● Know you Consignor Number before you come.
● Allow yourself a few minutes to look through items to make sure you aren’t
taking home someone else’s things in error.
● Sign
a Kids’ Swap form stating you picked up your remaining items.
